Culinary Vacation

Whether you love to cook, entertain, or simply appreciate great food, this course is intended for people who want to discover the local culture, history, and traditions of Piedmont’s cuisine.

PerCorsi culinari includes guest accommodation as a part of the package. Our guests, or student chefs, stay in Villa Mascarello, an 18th century villa that was restored in 2006, preserving its original external appearance while providing modern amenities inside.

The Villa includes:

– 8 double occupancy rooms which are pleasantly large and bright, each with private bathroom facilities
– Two large outdoor balconies with views of the surrounding countryside
– An indoor porch for relaxing and socializing

The rooms have been richly refurbished for your comfort. Each room has a splendid view of the valley and surrounding hills.
Most of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning although it is rarely needed. Open your windows in the morning to the sound of the church bells still keeping time for the townspeople, and fill your lungs with clean, fresh air.

We offer packages every week (Sunday-Friday) from April until November. We ask that groups consist of a minimum of four people.

The standard duration of the program is 5 nights/6 days, but we are happy to customize your itinerary with us according to your travel plans to the utmost extent possible!

– Wine tasting at the oldest Barolo producer & Vineyard landscape tour
– Truffle Hunting experience with guide
